A Mission Of Love was started by Stephaine and JD Marshall in December 2014. What started as a website has become a national non profit charity.

Sadly we lost Stephaine to cancer on April 11th 2015. Her legacy lives on with every gift we give out and every family we help. A Mission Of Love is funded with donations, bottle drives and our live event fundraisers.

One of those live event fundraisers is Concerts 4 Hope. This fundraiser was created by the President of A Mission Of Love Jenna Basaj.

The Concerts 4 Hope series are live event fundraisers to financially assist all families impacted by cancer. While our main charity is a childhood cancer charity. Jenna created a live event to help children and adults who are battling cancer. Besides the concert itself, at the show there are gift basket raffles and a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds raised at these events are donated to the family the show is held for.

We have another live event fundraiser called Comedy 4 Cancer. This fundraiser was inspired by Steph getting to spend some time with Gabriel Iglesias backstage at the Fox Theatre. She also said in our last conversation that this was the best day of her life. That inspired our monthly Best Day gift to children battling cancer.

Comedy 4 Cancer is 2 hours of stand up comedy with a 50/50 raffle and gift basket raffles. We’re currently in our 6th season at the time this page was created. Comedy 4 Cancer has raised almost 200,000 for childhood cancer families.

As of December 2021 A Mission Of Love has been operating as a charity for 7 years. Besides the money raised mentioned above.

We have assisted families emotionally with our mentoring program.

Including the best day gift we have provided over 600 gifts to kids battling cancer and to hospital pediatric units.
